Regulatory disclosure

Shelton Asset Management LLC is an asset manager. It is not a mortgage lender, mortgage servicer or debt collector, and it does not contact borrowers or collect payments. We manage loan portfolios on behalf of their owners. Licensed third-party servicers perform all servicing and collection activity under applicable federal, state and local law.

If you are a borrower with a question about your loan, please contact your loan servicer. We can't discuss individual loans.

Privacy policy

This site collects only what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: your name, company, email address and message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the inquiry.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only when needed to operate this site or when the law requires it.
